Lilly has been a part of KC Dance Expressions since it opened in 2012 back when she was just 3 years old. She showcased her growing love for dance by joining the studio's very first petite competition team at the age of 6. By age 14, Lilly celebrated having her first solo titled I Don't Wanna Be Here - an ironic piece given how much she enjoys being at dance. Now 16, Lilly continues to perform with the KC Dance Company alongside her best friends. Her favorite styles of dance are Musical Theater and Hip Hop, but her strengths shine through in every genre.
Lilly strives to be a role model for younger dancers as a BRHS student leader, a KCDE assistant teacher, through regular volunteer work, and as a hostess at Saga Sushi. In the future, Lilly hopes to pursue a science-concentrated major at a college with a dance team. She hopes dance will always be the thing she is most passionate about as it is now.
